How much are delivery charges?
Everything at Doug Brady Hifi comes with Free UK delivery as standard.
When is the latest I can order for next day delivery?
All orders placed up until 2pm will be posted by 5pm the same day. Orders placed later will have to wait until the following day. Please bear in mind that our next day delivery is not guaranteed.
What should I do if my goods arrive damaged?
Before returning goods in person or by post, please Call Us to explain the problem and arrange an exchange or refund pending an inspection of the returned goods by our staff. For more information please read our Delivery & Returns page.
What happens if my purchase develops a fault?
The first thing you should always do is Call Us. We may be able to solve the problem over the phone. But if we can’t, you can arrange to return the goods in person or by post for a refund or replacements. Alternatively you can make an appointment with our Services & Repairs experts to repair it.
