We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality, knowledgeable level of customer service and we also aim to ensure we deliver the same when it comes to price.
We offer a number of ways to purchase the products we sell and undoubtedly the most fun way to make your purchase is in our store where you can relax and enjoy a nice drink listening or watching to whatever we have on demonstration.
We also offer a number of ways you can take delivery of your purchase. Collect from our store, have it delivered direct or on a large number of products we will deliver and install it for you.
We also understand that paying the right price is very important. That's why we offer a price promise to make sure you are paying a fair price whilst receiving a very knowledgeable level of customer service built up over the last 50 years.
If you find an identical product at a lower price on one of our competitor’s websites or in store, we will match it.
We will match the price of any product if you find it cheaper elsewhere up to 5 days after purchasing it from Doug Brady Hi-Fi.
This includes any retailer (excluding auction websites / private sellers) for an identical product which is in stock, sold as new and the retailer is a recognised and authorised retailer of that brand/product.
